READ CAREFULLY.  This licence agreement is a legal agreement between you and Anixter Components Limited ("Anixter Components") which governs your use of this Computer Aided Design File ("File"). 1. In consideration of you agreeing to be bound by the terms of this licence Anixter Components grants to you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use one copy of the File on a single computer.  Anixter Components or its licensors own all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the File.

2. You are not permitted:

   2.1 to load the File on to a network server for the purposes of distribution to one or more other computer(s) on that network or to effect such distribution;

   2.2 except as expressly permitted by this licence and save to the extent and the circumstances expressly permitted by law, to rent, lease, sub-licence, loan, copy, modify, adapt, merge, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the File.

3. The File has been created using basic catalogue dimensions and is intended only to provide a functional and graphical representation of a finished part or product. 6. NOTWITHSTANDING THE GENERALITY OF CLAUSE 5 ABOVE ANIXTER COMPONENTS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF REVENUE AND LOSS OF TURNOVER OF BARGAIN WHICH MAY ARISE IN RESPECT OF THIS FILE AND HOWSOEVER CAUSED.

7. In the event that any part of this licence shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable such part shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms of this licence and provisions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. This licence shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
