Anixter Components or its licensors own all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the File.

In the event that any part of this licence shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable such part shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms of this licence and provisions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. This licence shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
