READ CAREFULLY.  This licence agreement is a legal agreement between you and Anixter Components Limited ("Anixter Components") which governs your use of this Computer Aided Design File ("File").  By pressing "Accept" you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this licence agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of this licence Anixter Components is unwilling to licence the use of the File to you.

1. In consideration of you agreeing to be bound by the terms of this licence Anixter Components grants to you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use one copy of the File on a single computer.  Anixter Components or its licensors own all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the File.

2. You are not permitted:

   2.1 to load the File on to a network server for the purposes of distribution to one or more other computer(s) on that network or to effect such distribution;

   2.2 except as expressly permitted by this licence and save to the extent and the circumstances expressly permitted by law, to rent, lease, sub-licence, loan, copy, modify, adapt, merge, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the File.

3. The File has been created using basic catalogue dimensions and is intended only to provide a functional and graphical representation of a finished part or product.  In order to reduce the size of the File and also to protect proprietary design information certain features have been simplified or omitted.  Accordingly THE FILE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  ANIXTER COMPONENTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FILE WILL BE ERROR FREE.

4. Anixter Components may create new versions of the File ("Upgrades") which may correct such errors and although Anixter Components has no obligation to notify you of such Upgrades the same may be made available at the same internet site as you downloaded the File accompanying this licence.

5. ANIXTER COMPONENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER OR HOWSOEVER CAUSED ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LICENCE, USE OF THE FILE AND ANY RELIANCE ON THE CONTENT OF THE FILE EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH LIABILITY MAY NOT BE LAWFULLY EXCLUDED.

6. NOTWITHSTANDING THE GENERALITY OF CLAUSE 5 ABOVE ANIXTER COMPONENTS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF REVENUE AND LOSS OF TURNOVER OF BARGAIN WHICH MAY ARISE IN RESPECT OF THIS FILE AND HOWSOEVER CAUSED.

7. In the event that any part of this licence shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable such part shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms of this licence and provisions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. This licence shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
