In consideration of you agreeing to be bound by the terms of this licence Anixter Components grants to you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use one copy of the File on a single computer.  Anixter Components or its licensors own all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the File.

2. You are not permitted:

   2.1 to load the File on to a network server for the purposes of distribution to one or more other computer(s) on that network or to effect such distribution;

3. The File has been created using basic catalogue dimensions and is intended only to provide a functional and graphical representation of a finished part or product. In the event that any part of this licence shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable such part shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms of this licence and provisions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. This licence shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
