Delivery Information

You only pay one delivery charge per order, no matter how many products you buy. All orders over £1,000 are eligible for free delivery - (applies to orders shipped inside mainland UK only).

For our purposes the UK mainland includes England, Scotland & Wales. For deliveries outside the UK mainland, please refer to the notes on Overseas Delivery below.

UK Mainland:

* Standard Next Day = £10.50
Delivered the next working before 5.00pm

* Next Day – Before Noon = £25.00
Delivered the next working day before 12.00pm

Self Collection: £0.00
The goods will be packed and made ready for collection from our warehouse.

* Applies to orders for ex-stock items placed before 3.00pm.

All prices exclude VAT.

Overseas Delivery:

As the cost of overseas deliveries depends on the total weight of the goods and the country to which they are shipped, the delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed on the Basket Confirmation screen.

You also have the option of selecting your own carrier to collect the goods from our warehouse. Please enter the name and account number of your nominated carrier in the respective fields on the Basket Confirmation screen.

How will my goods be delivered?

All our parcels are dispatched via FEDEX. Registered users will be able to track the order once it has been dispatched by logging in and visiting the “orders” section.
